Ross Claims Spot in Regional Football Final


With a convincing 41-19 victory over Bellbrook, the Ross Rams have earned a berth in the Division III Football Regional Final.  Ross becomes the third Southwest Ohio Conference school to advance to a Football Regional Final, joining Harrison in 2019 and Mt. Healthy in 2014 as SWOC representatives.  In Ross’ three playoff wins, the Rams have outscored their opponents 141-45 for an average score of 47-15.  Ross has also rushed for 1,358 yards during the playoffs, for a per game average of 452.7 yards.  The SWOC champion Rams improved their overall record to 8-1 on the season while earning their eighth consecutive win.  Ross will face Alter (7-2) in the Elite Eight on Friday, November 6 at 7:00 PM.  The site of this Regional Championship game is Ross High School’s Robinson Field.  Congratulations and good luck to the Rams and Head Coach Kenyon Commins!!!
