Little Miami, Harrison clinch soccer titles

Little Miami boys soccer and Harrison girls soccer each staked claim to outright SWOC soccer titles. The SWOC uses a point-based system to decide a champion. Each school is awarded three points for a conference win, and one point for a conference tie.

Harrison went unbeaten in the conference (6-0) and 15-1 overall going into a postseason match against Mercy on Monday, Oct. 19.

Little Miami finished the regular season 10-2-1 overall and 4-1-0 in the conference. It's the Panthers' first conference soccer title since joining the conference. Harrison has now won two straight conference titles on the girls side.

Talawanda was second in the boys race, ahead of Edgewood in third. For the girls, Ross and Edgewood tied for second with 4-2-0 conference marks.
